In my own Words…
As Founder of Ladies Power Hour, I am privileged to share with you this amazing opportunity. Ladies Power Hour is an advocacy for Women Empowerment, Entrepreneurship and Success in business and in life.
It started as a journal in the year 2009, to simply express my thoughts and deeply share about my beliefs – without realizing it is leading me further and beyond. Realizing that my strong beliefs in creating more possibilities for myself has expanded and become the true mission of Ladies Power Hour. I want for Women, coming from all levels of career & business, from different walks of life and experiences — especially in these changing times, to share their experiences and wisdom through this platform. Most importantly, to achieve more success. To continue inspiring, encouraging and empowering women and the younger generation, in all levels with our E-Zine filled with success tips, news, high power networking events, useful tools, products and programs.
When I was younger, I have always been creative, an open learner and always driven to succeed overall. My interest in Entrepreneurship began after I graduated highschool. I thrive even more because of the challenges surpassed. I overcame the struggles of fitting in with what my parents wanted me to be – the traditional approach in getting a College Degree and to work for the corporate world. I always knew I am meant to do something different and been driven to live my dreams ever since. It was my choice to explore and discover about myself the unconventional way. My sense of self, my determination and “want” to become successful have brought me where I am today. This amazing opportunity drives me to keep learning and to stay focused on my vision — to grow beyond Entrepreneurship.
The true essence of my being have always been in creating and building, to take action and make the impossible, possible. I strongly believe that only when we set limits we fall behind… there are no limits in dreaming big and doing more. The beauty of Entrepreneurship is the freedom to design one’s life, direct the journey and become a better person. Overall, it’s not perfection achieved — it’s the inner success within, that is truly achieved.
Ladies Power Hour is close to my heart. It is one way of making impact and one of many voices that is shared with you. It is in honor and in gratitude, to have you be a part of Ladies Power Hour’s global community. It’s only the beginning.
Also, I am CEO of Connect Source Media, a first class web and product launch design company founded in 2009. A wife and mother of 5 beautiful kids, an advocate for Women Empowerment, self-taught business owner with an entrepreneurial heart, passionate about business, financial education, internet marketing, blog writing, world culture and travel.
